This consulting division helps our clients to focus on their core businesses and leave the rest to us to fix. Process re-engineering team works on the as-is process for the clients and find out why, what and when the process fails or breaks down and propose solutions to change the process best suited to the business needs. We employ a lot of tools to understand and do the gapping. We believe in taking the existing process to a new level with tools build in to monitor and track efficiencies and defects in the process. There are also six-sigma and Pareto built into so that there are no repetitive errors and every function is under control.
